If you have never been to Trattoria Pagotto before please read this before proceeding to the menu.
Be patient with us, if you require a meal quickly please let us know and we will tell you what we can make in the time you have available.
Because we make everything fresh, don’t have a microwave and rarely freeze anything sometimes we will not have everything on the menu. Unfortunately handmade food takes time and we cannot always have everything on the menu.
Fine Print (That’s not so fine)
For groups of 7 or more, we will only do a set menu, though you will have a choice of what that will be. We only have a small shop and stove so to do 7 plus different pasta dishes and veal dishes is just to hard. Sorry, come more and sooner or later we will get a bigger shop.
There is page at the back of our menu that quite clearly says other dishes we can make with 24 hours notice. Please don’t make the mistake and assume it’s part of the menu.
We don’t split bills.
If you sticka the chewing gum under da table, I’lla sticka you unda there!
After you have got your meal we will be around in 5 to 10 minutes to see if you are enjoying it. If you don’t feel that it is 100% please let us know. Although if you cook Bolognese at home or have never had a saltimbocca you probably shouldn’t be ordering them on your first visit to Trattoria Pagotto.

Southern to Central Italian Style Pasta
These pasta dishes are all traditionally served with dried pasta.
We use just Bucatini at the moment as it can be served with the following sauces.
Bucatini is a spaghetti style pasta in the form of a long hollow tube and is cooked al dente or with a little bite.
Although we recommend these pasta dishes with the dried pasta, you can order them with our fresh handmade pasta for an extra $ for normal, or $ for large.
Gluten free pasta available with all pasta dishes at no extra charge.
